Hi, Iām Emily Stratton.
Emily Stratton is a vocal instructor and music director that specializes in helping singers with vocal development as well as finding a healthy technique. She works with individuals ages 10 to 100 who want to improve their vocal habits as well as those looking to pursue a career in music and the performing arts. Emily graduated from Westfield State University with a B.A. in Vocal Performance and has been playing piano for thirteen years.
After graduating, Emily has continued her knowledge and education with a focus on Vocal Pedagogy and Musical Theatre. Before and after her college career she has music directed several musicals and has been the vocal supervisor for a University musical production helping various cast members in order to improve their vocal health. She has also performed in musicals herself such as Next to Normal, Edges: A Song Cycle, and a new musical Lapopessa.
